Pyaj ka bij se podha toiyar kar sakte hai ya pyaj se bhi pyaj ki kheti bana sakte hai. lekin bohut utpadan ke liye podha bonne me jyada benefit milta hai. podha toiyar karne ke liye bhumi thik karna hoga. bhumi ka mitti me jaiba khad yani non camical khad mixed karna jaruri hai. pyaj ki kheti karne se 2 mahina pahele bij bonna chahiye. achchhi falan pane ke liye refined karna jaruri hai. bij ko bhumi me fekne ke bad isko sukha grass ya khar se cover karke pani spray karna jaruri hai.

Khad istemal karne ke bad sinchai ka jarurat hai. mitti kaise hai ye dekhke sinchai kam ya jyada lagega. pyaj me sabse jyada sinchai ki jarurat hai. sinchai me iska kharach jyada hota hai. pyaj ki kheti me 6 se 7 time sinchai karna hoga.

Pyaj ka patte sukha ho jaye to janiye pyaj bhumi se nikalne ka time ho gaya. podha ropan karne ke 3-4 mahina bad fasal collection ka time ho jayega. mitti ko dig yani khanan karke pyaj nikalna hoga. sawdhan rahena hoga pyaj na kat jaye. pyaj 1bigha bhumio se 15 quintal pa sakte hai.


Rog aur insect:

Pyaj ki kheti me insect yani kit ki problem kam hota hai lekin rog jyada hota hai. pyaj me downimildew rog agate hai. patte ko sukha sukha ki tarha bana dete hai. iske liye Baviston aur Dymen M 45 spray karna jaruri hai. 15 dino ke antar 2 time spray karna chahiye. downimildew se bachane ke liye blitox spray kare. insect se bachane ke liye Dantop per 15 litre pani me 2 gram mixed karke spray kare.


Sanrakshan/Storage:

Thandi aur garmi ke mausam me pyaj ko sukha karke store karna chahiye. light aur hawa yukta ghar me pyaj ko store kar sakte hai. pyaj ko kuchh din bad bad kharab pyaj ko nikal dena hoga. cold store me 1-2°c tapman par 60-70% humidity me pyaj bohut din thik raheta hai. pyaj bhumi se collection karne ke 10 pahele patte par 2500 P.P.M Maleik Hydrogen Harman spray kar sakte hai. isse pyaj me ankur ane me bohut time lagega.
