Gajar ek profitable sabji hai. gajar thandi ke mausam ka sabji hai. ye sabji health ke liye bohut faideman hai. isme bohut nutrition hai. India me gajar bohut popular sabji hai. daily gajar khane se skin ke liye bohut faida hota hai.




Gajar me nutrition:-


Gajar ka nutrition value bohut achchha hai. isme health ka energy provide karta hai. isme vitamin 'A' ke sath aur bhi pusti gun hai. per 100 gm gajar me niche diya huya nutrition hota hai.

Gajar me vitamin 'A' raheta hai. isliye Nyctalopia aur cancer rog se bachata protect karta hai. lung's, liver, stomach cancer ke liye bohut faideman hai. bachho ko dristi shakti ya eye power badane me sahayata karte hai. gajar bhuk badane me bhi sahayata karte hai. cholesterol ka level 20% kam kar deta hai. heart aur liver ka activities ya kam karne ka power badata hai. Kachcha gajar ka salad bhi bohut achchha banta hai.



Mitti aur jalbayu :-


thandi mausam ka sabji hone ke karan sukha aur thandi mausam gajar ka kheti karne ke liye achchha hota hai. thandi jyada din rahene me iska upkar milta hai. isme falan bhi jyada hota hai. 22°C se 25°C tapman aur saman jamin me gajar ka kheti ke liye thik hai. cloudy weather aur weather ka up - down gajar kheti ke liye nuksan hota hai.

       Gajar ke liye halka aur urbar mitti bohut upojogi hota hai. bele aur doyaash mitti gajar ki kheti ke liye achchha hai. mitti me gobar khad use kare to achchha hoga. halka aur jal nikashi mitti me gajar ka root badta hai. mitti me jyada acid nehi hona chahiye. mitti ka kharman 6.0 - 7.0 hona jaruri hai.

Gajar ki kheti karne ke liye dhup aur ucha jamin hona thik hai. pani nikashi ka subidha hona chahiye.


Gajar ka prakar:-

Gajar mulaj sabji hai. unnata prakar ka gajar ki root me chhal kam hoga aur naram bhag jyada hoga. research karne ke doran bohut unnata prakar ki gajar toiyar huya hai. ye gajar ek se bad kar ek hai. kheti ke liye unnata prakar ka gajar me se pusha keshar, nantes, orange jino, Punjab keshari, coreless, haflang hai.

Bhumi toiyar kare :-

Gajar ka kheti karne ke liye mitti ko halka karna jaruri hai. kyu ki gajar mitti ka andar hota hai. mitti halka hoga to gajar ka mota hone ka chance jyada hota hai. jamin ko saman karna aur pani nikashi ka bandbasta karna jaruri hai. mitti me gobar khad mixed kare to mitti ka gunbatta bachata hai aur halka bhi hota hai.


Podha ropan:-

Gajar mitti me bij dekar podha hone ke bad lagana hoga. ek sari se dusra sari ka antar 30 cm hona chahiye. podha toiyar hone ke bad nikalna hoga. iss podha 10 cm antar rakh kar ropan kare. gajar ka bij shakta hota hai isliye ek din pahele pani me bhigne dijiye. iske bad bij tala banaye. 1 bigha bhumi ke liye 600 gm gajar ki bij lagega.


Khad istemal :-

Kheti karne ke pahele bhumi me jaiba khad, Nitrogen, Fasfaras, potassium khad dena hoga. iske liye per 1 bigha bhumi me 2.5 ton gabor khad, 11 kg Nitrogen, 8 kg phasfarash aur 8 kg potash lagega. iske liye 24 kg uria, 50 kg super phosphate aur 13 kg murate of potash ka use karna jarurat hai. potash, phosphate aur adha bhag uria bhumi toiyar hone ke bad aur bacha huya adha bhag uria 45 din bad dena hoga.


Sinchai:- 

 Bhumio me halka ras nehi hai to bij bonne ke bad sinchai dena hoga. khad prayog karne ke bad bhi sinchai dena hota hai. gajar ki kheti me 4 - 5 bar irrigation yani sinchai ki jarurat hai.


Dekhbhal:-

extra podha ko nikalna hoga. bhumio se grass nikal kar mitti ko alga kare aur mitti ko halka kare.



Rog aur insect:-


Gajar ki kheti me rog aur insect ka akroman bohut Jada nehi hota hai. goda pacha rog ka akroman hota hai. isko rokne ke liye Dythen M 45 ya bavistin spray karne se ye rog rodh hota hai.


Fasal collection:-

Bij bonne ke 3 se 4 mahina bad gajar ko bhumi se nikal sakte hai. mitti ko alag kar gajar nikaliye. jarurat hai 4 - 5 din pahele ek sinchai dijiye mitti naram karne ke liye. gajar 1 bigha bhumio se 20 - 25 quintal gajar hota hai.
